Over the last couple of years Geneva has started to have its own Christmas market in Parc des Bastions. Before this we had been going to Montreux for our first vin chaud of the season, which is a lovely (and quite rightly) popular Swiss Christmas market. However, the mix of a longer journey, our pushchair and big crowds, we decided to go to a more local Christmas market with our 7 week old son.
There were lots of seating areas and space for the pushchair. The food selection was excellent and we met friends there for lunch while our baby had a snooze.
